Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase every time and if you aren’t we are here to help. You can reach us anytime via email at bears@theteddybearshop.com.

You may initiate a return for any unused, undamaged, and unaltered product within 10 days from the date of purchase in store, or date of delivery for online purchases.

Please contact us at hello@theteddybearshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Oh no! Let us help. Our team meticulously check all items and orders prior to shipping. But if something has arrived to you damaged, faulty, or not as you expect – please email us bears@theteddybearshop.com within 3 days. Please include photos, and any details which may help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

All items must be returned undamaged and with all tags and labels still attached.

We will process your refund or exchange immediately after the item makes its way safely back to us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, it may be a few days before the refund appears.
